Pamela Broomfield-Donald BSc Hons, TTEAM Practitioner 1
Farrago Equestrian was founded in 2003 by Pamela Broomfield-Donald. Pamela has been working with horses since childhood and has competed in a variety of disciplines including show jumping, showing and working hunter. After leaving school Pamela trained towards the NVQ level 2 qualification in horse care, gleaming invaluable experience from some of Ireland’s top equestrian sports people including Eric Smiley, Yvette Truesdale and Lucy Adams.
After completing her NVQ training, Pamela returned to full time academia and completed a BSc Honours degree in Environmental Science. During this time Pamela homed her first rescue horse called Mr. Bojangles, which prompted her to look at other training techniques to incorporate into her current system. After much research Pamela decided to train at the UK & Ireland TTEAM & TTouch Centre, Tilley Farm, owned and run by animal expert Sarah Fisher. Pamela once again had the good fortune to meet and learn from another top class and world-renowned horse producer and trainer, Linda Tellington-Jones. Over the years Pamela has also trained with TTouch Instructors Robyn Hood and Debby Potts. Pamela is a member of the Tellington Touch Guild, which ensures continued training and access to the most up to date information regarding equine training. Pamela continues her training regularly and is currently the highest qualified Tellington Touch Equine Practitioner in Ireland.
